Mayberry, step aside. West Side watch out, we're on the map!
Our little Village just got bigger!
More than 2000 people strolled Kenneth Road; shopping, eating, playing, dancing and meeting their neighbors from near and far.
The 2nd Annual Kenneth Village Arts & Crafts Festival on Saturday, August 18th from 3:00pm to 9:00pm proved to be the grandest Kenneth Village soiree to date.
The Festival featured over 60 booths with entertainment, skilled Artisans and amusements for children. Sounds of Rock & Roll, Jazz, Celtic Music, and Street Theatre filled the air and a wine bar, creative cuisine and sweet treats rounded out the celebration!
As part of the collaboration, Brand Library Galleries featured their current art exhibition and other special events. Park & Ride transportation was provided to and from Brand Library Art Galleries which is one half mile away from the Village festivities.
A portion of Festival proceeds benefited Brand Library Associates and a portion of the wine bar proceeds benefited the Glendale Humane Society
Brand Library Associates is an organization whose purpose is to aid and promote the Library and its Art Center through sponsorship of programs and donations, and to foster art and music education in the community.
